A Little About HOTG...

Open since June 2021, Hare On The Green is a pretty little shop in pretty little Werrington Village, Peterborough. I absolutely love all things 'home', something that runs in the family, so it seemed so right to take the leap and open a home and gift shop in my home town! I have so many lovely loyal customers, some local and some who drive especially to the shop which is wonderful, but after many requests through social media I thought it was about time I introduced Hare On The Green to the world wide web! Me & Some Of My Favourite People!

My family helped me so much to get the shop up and running... From painting walls and display furniture, to building shelves and laying flooring, pricing and displaying stock, the list goes on! The weeks on the run up to opening HOTG were some of my favourite ever! Lots of laughs and listening to music to get us through the never ending task of pricing products (not to mention the odd can of gin or three!)
